PM Knowledge-Base Workspace
A graph-first, multi-agent workspace I use daily for an enterprise PM role. Typed five-layer knowledge graph, eight skill packages, a local FastAPI/SQLite mirror, and a five-level failure taxonomy that drives daily and weekly reviews. Anonymized public artifact; private source.

These are independent projects, not client work — they're how I keep my technical instincts honest. Strategy advice is only as good as the person giving it would be if they had to ship it themselves.
Background
Twenty years building and leading complex platforms across AI, cloud, IoT, robotics, and spatial computing. The last several years have been spent at the intersection of AI and product — deciding where models belong inside real software, what's worth building, and what gets cut.
Recent experience includes leading AI at Orange Logic, an enterprise digital asset management platform. Through Inflection Point Advisory I take that experience to other teams as focused engagements — Strategy Sprints, Product & Engineering Reviews, AI Decision Support, and AI Adoption Planning. This page is the receipts. Four independent projects — a geospatial ML platform, a published media pipeline, an AI-assisted DAM editor, and a graph-first, multi-agent PM workspace — designed, built, deployed, and operated solo. Two are live; one is self-hosted but ships its output to a public site; one is private by design but documents its functional architecture in full. The work is the argument.
